Responsibility To Society Forum
Hi all....long time never blog le....this year sooo bz man....sooo many thing to do...plus O's coming....dam tired and stress...
Aniway...yesterday the responsibility to society forum was held and was a success....PHEW!...all de planning and the staying back everyday since march and the sacrifice of de youth day holiday was worth it....
For the pass few days its de most bz days...coz its student planned event so everything we need to do ourself....more stuff to do compared to last time when planning as vp of council...where the teachers do step in and help out.....so bz that this whole week..for a few days i ate only 2 and sometimes only 1 meal a day...
Yesterday...de OTs did de final deco and put up cip framework in the morning b4 the event officially began in de afternoon...was a little terrible at first as thouse sec2s hu are helping out for cip did not do their stuffs...den de ot have to rush last min work...luckily we managed to complete it....
De speakers came early....our registration counter was not ready...caught "off guard" as de ushers are still having lunch....den when de pri sch kids came...was also not dat ready as not enuf ushers...luckily did not screw up there...i was soo bz....running up and down...even wif dat walkie talkie....run untill muscle cram...zzzzz....but still cannot rest....
Everything was fine...timing and everything was great even wif little rehearsal...environmental club booth got prob...their projector showed blue screen...ran up and down trying to help em...later den find out dat de plug got prob....-.-.....after dat prob was solved...it was refreshments...so many fac did not help usher...they went to eat oso...-.-....facs should eat later and not eat wif em...den end up ot do everything again....
when booth tour/games began...it was better...even though there were jams here and there...i was quite impress wif de presentors and de facs....saw a lot of funny stuffs too...it was oso then where its not so noisy....LOL....seriously...everyone is calling mi on de walkie talkie...den after a while...some of de walkie talkies batt flatt...den it was like...ahhhh no more "machine guns"....can concentrate wif talking wif a few ots and de pa crew....
near de end of de event...i went around wif a few ot to ask bonus questions...gave a few prizes to thouse who can answer...during this time we were bombard wif answers frm de pri sch kids hu wans de gift...a few quiet ones hu said de answers first but very softly did not get de gift frm us as we did not hear it...but i gave an extra gift...a frog to one girl hu looks very sad becoz she said de ans but i did not hear it and i have given de prize to another guy...wa...de min she got de prize she hold it so tightly to her like a teddy bear like dat and was so happy...wow...i didn't noe dat i can make her so happy but giving her de frog...lol
Times up...told de stalls to close up...everyone to go to hall to listen to results...i was at pa room upstairs talking to em and telling em when to play video and slides...wow...de pri sch kids applause to de video i did...YES! HAHAX! results were announced....prize given to em and they left....had debrief by ms gopal in hall...later had committee debried wif mr heng and mr tan....
had dinner wif mr heng...mr tan...ms low...some committee members and iqbal in bk...after failing to go to several other places....
overall...everyone did well in de event...well done everyone! ot..facs..pa..presentors..helpers..media crew :)
